Since laying the foundation of Odevo with the acquisition of Conzignus (a software company that had over ten years developed a technology platform tailored for residential property management) in 2018, Fidelio is enabling the Group’s ambitious growth agenda, focused on increased investments in its proprietary technology platform, accelerated international expansion and the addition of new service segments.

The why

Privately owned residential real estate is the world's largest asset class, and the home is one of the biggest investments you make as a person. Historically, privately owned residential real estate has been served by a fragmented supplier landscape, lacking the means to push innovation and customer focus. Here, Fidelio saw an opportunity to transform an entire sector.

The how

Starting in 2018, with the acquisition of Conzignus and its technology platform tailored for residential property management, it was possible to quickly build a Group through further acquisitions. The name Odevo, was launched in 2022.

By being focused on finding and partnering with well-run companies with a cultural fit, integration could be managed in an efficient way and the entities within the Group have continued operating through several well-known brands like Nabo, SBC (Sweden), MTR, Stio (Finland), Rendall & Rittner, Premier Estates, Trinity Property Group and Vegner Group (UK).

Partnering with KWPMC, Spectrum and William Douglas, Odevo has created momentum to continue to pursue growth across the United States and achieving its goal of providing industry leading service to homeowner associations in the largest market in the world. Moreover, partnering with the Open Banking platform Monu has strengthened Odevo’s technology position and further accelerated growth.

Investments in the tech platform have continued throughout and Odevo today offers bespoke solutions backed by a 100+ people strong tech team.
