By marrying the professional and active ownership model of traditional private equity, with a truly entrepreneurial, global and long-term perspective, Fidelio would aim for value creation in all ways possible, instead of being limited by outside constraints.
Today, we believe it’s fair to say that the original idea has lived up to its promise.
Since inception, the team at Fidelio has invested in almost 200 companies in around 20 countries across the world. We currently invest under our third mandate, with approximately EUR 1.1 billion in capital. Fidelio operates from offices in Stockholm and London.
Our success stems from partnering with entrepreneurs, management teams and fellow co-owners. Together, we build outstanding business through creativity, grit and the possibilities that come from not having a pre-determined investment horizon, size restrictions or geographic fences.
