Greenfood is an innovative European company at the forefront of the healthy fresh food market. The company was founded under the guidance of Fidelio through the merger of Picadeli, a pioneering salad bar concept, and STC Greenfood, a seasoned importer and distributor of fruits and vegetables.

Originally a Swedish-based entity focused on fruits and vegetables, Greenfood has, with Fidelio's support, expanded across Europe and transformed into a leading provider of fresh and convenient food aimed at health-conscious consumers. The Group now encompasses several divisions: Picadeli, offering self-service salad bars; Food Solutions, which provides freshly cut and washed salads alongside innovative prepared foods, including vegan and vegetarian options; and Fresh Produce, which continues to handle the import and distribution of fruits and vegetables.

In 2016, Greenfood took a strategic step forward, with Fidelio partially divesting its ownership to private equity firm Nordic Capital.
