Vimian Group AB has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of 'iM3 Dental Limited in Ireland' and 80% of 'iM3 Pty Ltd in Australia', a leading global provider of veterinary dental products and equipment.

The acquisition, valued at EUR 84 million with a potential additional payment of up to EUR 60 million over five years, marks Vimian's entry into the veterinary dental niche. iM3, founded in Australia over 30 years ago, is the only global specialist in veterinary dental care, offering products, equipment, and training to veterinary clinics in over 40 countries.

This strategic move aligns with Vimian’s goal to become a global leader in veterinary MedTech. iM3’s CEO, Lehman Bloom, and his team will continue to lead the integrated iM3 business under Vimian’s MedTech segment.
