Vimian acquires leading provider of procurement and support services in the US

Founded in 2018, VerticalVet provides procurement and support services to help veterinary clinics grow and improve purchasing power. In addition to procurement services, VerticalVet offers education, real-time data insights, marketing automation, and tailored partner solutions. VerticalVet has more than 1,100 member clinics across the US.
The CEO of VerticalVet, John Wagoner, will continue to lead VerticalVet as part of VetFamily and Vimian Group.
