Since acquiring Hemfrid in 2021, followed by several other strategic acquisitions, the group of companies has become a key player in the professional home services sector. This group of companies now comes together under a new umbrella brand, KEYTO, while also introducing KEYTO Group AB (Publ) as the parent company's official name.
Fidelio Capital stepped in as a long-term partner with an initial investment in Hemfrid in 2021. Apart from Hemfrid, the KEYTO group of companies also includes Servly, Veterankraft, Qleano, Fissa & Feja, Sinnesfrid, and Skura. The vision for KEYTO is to ‘create a one-stop shop for home services’ within everything from: appliance repairs and service; cleaning; moving assistance; gardening; handyman work; to additional tailored services based on customer needs and preferences.
“Fidelio is very excited to be backing the team at KEYTO on their journey of becoming a leading, international one-stop shop for home services and we see several exciting growth opportunities ahead,” says Hampus Tunhammar, Director at Fidelio Capital.
Each company within the group will continue to deliver services under their existing brands, while KEYTO serves as the umbrella brand embodying the vision of a ‘one-stop shop’ for all home services. The companies within KEYTO operate across Sweden and currently employ more than 4,000 employees dedicated to simplifying everyday life for thousands of customers.
