The acquisition further strengthens iBinder Group´s market position in the Nordics and accelerates iBinder Group´s growth journey.

Founded in 1993, SokoPro is Finland´s leading document management solution for construction projects with 9.000 active projects and 40.000 active users. The platform is a cloud based SaaS service for managing, sharing and archiving information from the first steps of a construction project to end-to-end life cycle management. SokoPro has an annual turnover of approximately EUR 5.8 million. The seller is Grano, a content services company part of Panostaja Group.
