REQS System AB now becomes part of the iBinder Group and strengthens the group’s offering in property management, inspections, and controlling.

The acquisition is an important step in iBinder’s goal of creating a simple platform for the property’s entire life cycle – from idea to management. The company is based in Stockholm and was founded in 1996 with a business idea of providing a platform for structuring and organizing large amounts of business-critical information from inspections and controlling. Today, REQS’s platform is primarily targeted to property owners and managers, where customers are found in both the public and private sectors. In 2021, the company’s turnover was approximately SEK 8 million with an EBIT result of SEK 2.6 million.
