Vimian Group AB (publ) (“Vimian”, the “Group” or the “Company”), a global, fast-growing and innovation-driven animal health business, offering products, services and solutions to veterinary professionals, labs and pet parents around the world, today announces the listing of and commencement of trading in its ordinary shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market (the “Listing”).

Immediately prior to the Listing, Vimian carried out a Private Placement of existing and newly issued shares to domestic and international qualified investors (the “Private Placement”). The Private Placement attracted very strong interest from high-quality institutional investors, including SEK 5.1 billion in cornerstone investments as previously announced, and was oversubscribed multiple times. Trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market commences today on 18 June 2021.
