Fidelio today announces that we will become co-owners and strategic partners in Newsec, a leading company within property asset management and advisory, with presence in the Nordics and Baltics.

Newsec has been around for some 30 years and has an annual turnover of around SEK 3.5 billion.

With this investment, Fidelio continues to build on experiences from scaling Odevo, active in an adjacent market segment, with the help of technology and digital solutions.
