The group will have a combined turn-over of nearly SEK 500m and the merger creates a multi-channel retailer. Bellbox has a fast growing network of retail stores, comprising of 30 fully owned stores in Sweden and Norway, and Lyko.se is one of Sweden’s leading online retailers within the beauty segment.
