Not your typical investment company

Becoming Fidelio

In its simplest form creativity is merging two ideas to build something new, so you can truly say that Fidelio was born out of creativity. By marrying the professional and active ownership of PE-funds with a truly entrepreneurial, flexible and long-term approach, founder Gabriel Fitzgerald started an investment company aimed at focusing on value creation in all ways possible, instead of being limited by outside restrictions. Today, it’s simple to conclude that the original idea worked quite well. We are based out of Sweden (and quite proud of our heritage) but our work is truly global (we are even prouder of that). To date, the team at Fidelio has invested in over 150 companies in around 20 countries across the world. Our success is built from partnering with entrepreneurs, management teams and fellow co-owners. Together we build outstanding business through sheer creativity and the possibilities that come from not having a pre-determined investment horizon, size regulations or geographical fences.

Why we're different

Everyone claims to be different. But we like to think that we really are. Let us summarize what we mean when we say that.

Flexible investment horizon
No geographic restrictions
No one-size-fits-all formula
Truly aligned incentives
